Spud Man is a gourmet loaded baked potato restaurant located at 702 E Main Street in Riverton, Wyoming, owned by Jim Brady, who brings more than 50 years of cooking experience to the business. Brady’s concept was inspired by the popularity of potatoes in the area and a viral “Spud Man” vendor from England he discovered on TikTok, transforming simple baked potatoes into a menu of creative, flavor-rich dishes. The restaurant recently relocated to its East Main Street location to expand its cooking capabilities and menu offerings.
