Palate is a lunch restaurant located in the National Museum of Wildlife Art at 2820 Rungius Rd in Jackson, Wyoming, serving locally inspired soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees with spectacular views of the National Elk Refuge. Established in 2016 by restaurateurs Graeme and Christine Mara Swain, owners of the downtown Jackson restaurant Gather, Palate combines artful cuisine with world-class wildlife art and mountain views. The restaurant also provides catering services for private events, weddings, and corporate functions at the Museum’s indoor and outdoor venues, operating Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
