Ranch Eats Cafe

Ranch Eats Cafe is a family-owned rustic café that opened its first physical location in June 2025 at 1920 Thomes Ave in downtown Cheyenne, expanded from its successful food truck operation. The café serves authentic rustic cuisine with a rotating daily menu and seasonal specials, featuring locally sourced ingredients including beef, microgreens, and products from local businesses. In addition to the café, Ranch Eats operates two food trucks throughout southeast Wyoming and northern Colorado, offers full-service catering and meal delivery services (delivering approximately 200 meals weekly), and maintains memberships with the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, Laramie Chamber Business Alliance, and Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce.
