The bakery specializes in gluten-free breads, pizzas, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and pies, with many items naturally dairy-free and customizable options available, supplying products to numerous Milwaukee-area restaurants and grocery stores. Mary Burgdorff, who also has a child with celiac disease, took over the business and expanded the menu while maintaining the tradition of 100% gluten-free products.
