Mad Rabbit Cafe is an all-vegan restaurant located at 805 Williamson Street in Madison’s Marquette neighborhood, offering comfort food with a vegan twist including burgers, flatbreads, chicken sandwiches, and plant-based specialties. Opened in February 2024, the cafe features eclectic, psychedelically punk rock design and menu options that welcome both vegans and non-vegans, with owner Nate Anger bringing experience from previously operating a vegan food truck in Sacramento before relocating to Madison in 2022.
