Baked Lab

Baked Lab is an LGBTQ-owned Madison bakery founded by Shawn Bolduc, a self-taught baker who began the business in 2020 creating custom cakes and desserts for weddings and events. The bakery recently opened its first retail location at 2044 Atwood Avenue in a restored historic building, offering a community-focused space that serves pastries, savory treats, coffee, beer, and wine alongside hands-on baking workshops designed to teach customers about the science and art of baking.
