Scratch Ice Cream

Scratch Ice Cream is a Wisconsin-based small-batch ice cream company founded by Ryan Povlick, with partner Justin Povlick, that makes all of its ice cream and most of its toppings from scratch using fresh Wisconsin dairy. The Brookfield location at 2205 N. Calhoun Road serves as their first brick-and-mortar retail space, opened in 2022, and offers rotating flavors including vegan oat milk-based options and specialty flavors, with ice cream pints also sold in grocery stores throughout the region.
