Jazzy’s Sweet Spot & Hydrobikes is a family-owned business in Star City, West Virginia that combines a frozen dessert shop with recreational activities. Co-owners Mateo Martinez and his mother Charlene opened the permanent location at 360 Industrial Avenue in 2025, featuring indoor and outdoor seating and a party room available for private events.
