Wayside Cafe and Deli

The Wayside Cafe and Deli is Olympia’s first entirely plant-based restaurant, located at 500 Capitol Way South. Founded in 2018 by Jamie Vulva and Kevin Rainsberry, the family-friendly establishment serves creative vegan cuisine made from scratch, including plant-based sandwiches, bowls, entrees, and baked goods, while also offering beer and wine service. The owners have been active members of the Olympia community for over a decade, working and creating art and music in downtown Olympia.
