Nineveh Assyrian Food Truck

Nineveh Assyrian Food Truck is an authentic Assyrian restaurant in downtown Olympia, Washington, founded by siblings Jacob and Lisa David in 2011. The food truck, located at 728 4th Ave E, serves traditional Assyrian dishes including shawarma wraps, falafel, and hand-cut fries with za’atar, and recently expanded to include a full restaurant. The Davids’ mission was to bring Assyrian cuisine—a rare and distinctive culinary tradition from the ancient Near East—to the Pacific Northwest, filling a cultural and culinary gap they identified when Lisa first arrived in Olympia to attend Evergreen State College.
