Kabocha Food Truck

Kabocha Food Truck is Olympia’s only plant-based Japanese-inspired food truck, founded in late 2023 by owners and managers who shared a vision to bring fresh dining options to the city. Located at 1909 Harrison Avenue NW in the Food Truck Court, the truck specializes in tempura, noodles, onigiri, and other Japanese-inspired plant-based dishes, with gluten-free noodle options available. Operating Wednesday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Kabocha actively engages with the Olympia community and is committed to sustainability through sourcing locally when possible.
