Fruits & Roots Juice and Smoothie Bar is a plant-based, organic juice bar located at 122 Campbell Ave SE in downtown Roanoke, VA. Owner Christy Dilcher opened the brick-and-mortar location in June 2023 after initially selling organic cold-pressed juices at the Historic City Market. The bar specializes in 100% organic, cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, wellness bowls, and gluten-free snacks made with premium, nutrient-rich ingredients and no refined sugars or fillers.
