NuVegan Café Petersburg is a plant-based restaurant specializing in vegan soul food, serving Southern-inspired dishes such as mac and cheese, collard greens, and chicken alternatives at its location on South Sycamore Street. As the only vegan restaurant in the Tri-Cities area, the café opened in March 2025 and is committed to making plant-based cuisine accessible and delicious while supporting community health and inclusivity.
