Hit the Spot Kitchen, formerly known as Will’s Place, is an authentic Puerto Rican food and deli fusion restaurant located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The business began as a catering operation in 2015, expanded to a food truck in 2016, and opened a brick-and-mortar location in 2017. They serve breakfast and lunch featuring classic Caribbean-inspired dishes with Puerto Rican flavors, including sandwiches, rice bowls, and empanadas, operating Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
