The business specializes in handmade ice cream made with all-natural ingredients, offering over 36 flavors including custards, sorbettos, sherbet, vegan options, and unique varieties such as Szechuan Spicy Girl and Saffron Bastani. Owner Rollin Amore, who retired from a 35-year finance career, was inspired to launch the shop after traveling throughout Europe and sampling various ice cream and dessert offerings.
