Sarom’s Cafe

Sarom’s Cafe is a family-owned Vietnamese café located at 10 Manseau Street in Winooski, VT, opened in March 2021 by mother-daughter duo Tuyet “Snow” Dinh and Mariana LyThach. The café specializes in handcrafted Vietnamese bánh mì sandwiches, phin-dripped coffee, spring rolls, meal box specials, and housemade sweet treats. Named after LyThach’s late father, Sarom’s Cafe serves as a community gathering space that draws on the owners’ deep family heritage of Vietnamese street food traditions.
