Healthy Living Market & Café, located at 129 Market Street in Williston, opened in October 2020 as an independently owned, family-operated supermarket specializing in natural, organic, and local foods. Founded in 1986 by Katy Lesser and now managed by her children, the Williston location is the company’s third store, featuring a 20,000-square-foot space that includes fresh produce, Vermont meats and cheeses, craft beverages, sushi, and prepared meals prepared by James Beard-nominated chef Matt Jennings. The business operates with a mission to fuel passion for great food, health, and well-being while providing outstanding hospitality and community service.
