Aromas of India by Sarita’s Kitchen is an authentic North Indian vegetarian restaurant located at 202 Cornerstone Drive in Williston, Vermont, operated by chef Sarita Devi and her husband Yogi Singh. The restaurant, which opened in July 2023, draws inspiration from North Indian dhabas and offers a fully vegetarian menu featuring made-from-scratch dishes including curries, breads, and chutneys, with accommodations for vegan and gluten-free diets. Sarita Devi immigrated to the United States from northern India in 2010 and initially built a devoted clientele through home cooking and pop-ups at Richmond Community Kitchen before establishing this brick-and-mortar location that has become a community gathering space.
