Cafe NOA

Cafe NOA is a breakfast and lunch cafe located at 8 Putnam Street in Montpelier, Vermont, serving coffee, handcrafted sandwiches, sushi, salads, and fresh ingredients. Originally opened in February 2023 as a sister business to chef-founder Joe Buley’s soup company Joe’s Kitchen at Screamin’ Ridge Farm, the cafe reopened in early 2025 under new operators—cousins Sadananda Hira and Amit Mojumdar—with Buley’s continued guidance. Open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Cafe NOA has become a beloved Montpelier community gathering place known for quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a welcoming atmosphere.
