Sweet Abilities Bakery

Sweet Abilities Bakery, located at 997 Main Street in Fairfax, Vermont, is a family-owned bakery that specializes in fresh doughnuts, bagels, croissants, cinnamon buns, and other baked goods, along with soups and sandwiches made with fresh-made bread. Owner Lynn Orton took over the space in January 2026 with the mission to employ and empower people with special needs, including her son who has autism, offering them meaningful work and a welcoming community. The bakery also partners with local Special Olympics initiatives and is committed to creating employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities.
