Color Ridge Creamery

Color Ridge Creamery is an artisanal ice cream shop located at 135 E. Main Street in Torrey, Utah, near Capitol Reef National Park. Founded in July 2022 by Joseph Shumway and A.C. Ivory, the creamery creates small-batch ice cream using locally-sourced ingredients, featuring over 60 unique handcrafted flavors that cannot be found anywhere else, including signature offerings like Juniper Berry, Lavender Honey, and Churro. The shop offers ice cream flights that allow customers to sample multiple flavors, along with milkshakes, shakes, and dairy-free Paleo Whips, and has become a beloved destination for both locals and visitors.
