Vertical Deli is a plant-based deli located at 3245 S State Street in South Salt Lake, Utah, offering a fully vegan menu of sandwiches, burgers, bowls, and all-day breakfast items made in-house. Founded by Ian Brandt, the owner of the long-standing vegan restaurant Vertical Diner, Vertical Deli opened in June 2025 as a counter-service concept designed for speed and accessibility, featuring a drive-through window, an in-house vegan market, and affordable pricing to serve the broader community.
