Lucky Spoon Bakery, founded in 2010 by Pam and Jim Schulte, is a gluten-free bakery specializing in cookies, muffins, cupcakes, brownies, and cakes made with premium ingredients and no preservatives. Located at 440 Lawndale Dr in South Salt Lake, UT, the bakery was inspired by the founders’ mission to create delicious gluten-free treats and has grown to distribute its products across 30 states through retailers including Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Harmon’s.
