Lick Honest Ice Creams is an artisanal ice cream shop founded in 2011 by Anthony Sobotik and Chad Palmatier with the mission of offering “honest” ice cream made from scratch using the purest, locally sourced ingredients. Located at 312 Pearl Parkway in San Antonio’s historic Pearl Brewery district, the shop partners directly with family farms and food artisans to source peak-season ingredients, including non-homogenized milk and cream from grass-fed dairy farms in Central Texas. Known for creating unique seasonal flavors featuring locally-grown produce like Texas Hill Country peaches and lavender, Lick also offers dairy-free and vegan options, and features hand-made waffle cones prepared daily.
