Belenty’s Love Mexican Vegan Restaurant, located at 3516 Bluebonnet Circle in Fort Worth, Texas, is a 100% vegan Mexican restaurant serving authentic Tex-Mex cuisine with plant-based ingredients. Founded by Belen Hernandez and co-owner Marcus Hicks, the Fort Worth location opened in the summer of 2024 as the second restaurant following the success of their original Granbury location, which was inspired by their family’s decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle. The restaurant offers dine-in, takeout, and catering services featuring traditional Mexican dishes including tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and brunch items made entirely with plant-based substitutes.
