The Vegan Nom Food Park, established in 2012 by Chris Rios, is Austin’s first all-vegan taco trailer and food park located at 2324 E Cesar Chavez in East Austin. The food park serves plant-based Mexican cuisine including vegan tacos, nachos, burritos, and handmade vegan chili con queso, operating multiple vendors within a shared space alongside Nom Burgers, East Austin Coffee, and Milky Way Shakes. The venue features a rentable event area and is dedicated to Chris Rios’s mission of environmental sustainability and compassion for animals through delicious vegan food.
