Too Fresh LLC creates delicious vegan food for the Nashville community, founded by Chef Simon Nguyen and his wife Maria Nguyen who were inspired by their love for food, animals, and the environment. The company specializes in plant-based versions of familiar, go-to foods and is planning to launch a food truck featuring Asian fusion vegan cuisine.
