Parlour Ice Cream House is a gourmet ice cream destination located on the second floor of the Kirby Science Discovery Center within the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls, at 301 South Main Avenue. The shop specializes in handcrafted gelatos, sorbets, and gourmet ice creams created by chef Chris Hanmer, a winner of Bravo’s Top Chef: Just Desserts, along with fresh popcorn, candy, and cold beverages. Parlour also operates an ice cream truck that serves events throughout the community, including locations at The Lodge Bar & Grill in Jacobson Plaza and festivals like the Lallycooler Music Festival.
