BibiSol

BibiSol is an authentic Mexican restaurant located at 219 S Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota, specializing in traditional nixtamal cuisine including tamales, tacos, sopes, and house-made salsas. Chef and owner Marcela Salas founded the restaurant after beginning with the Salas Salsas food truck, and has been recognized as a James Beard Awards semifinalist for Emerging Chef. The restaurant celebrates Mexican Indigenous heritage and sustainability through partnerships with local farmers and suppliers including family-owned farms near Rutland and grass-fed beef from local operations.
