Toastique

Toastique is a gourmet toast, smoothie bowl, and cold-pressed juice bar located at 612 Sixth Street, Suite 7 in downtown Rapid City’s Block 5 building. The restaurant, which originated in Washington D.C. in 2018, is owned and operated by local husband-and-wife team Hayley and Adam Kaemingk, who opened Rapid City’s first Toastique location in June 2025. Toastique specializes in fresh, artisanal food made with responsibly sourced ingredients, offering elevated toast creations, smoothie bowls, nutrient-rich juices, hand-roasted coffee, and grab-and-go options designed to provide health-focused dining to the community.
