The Silver Lining Creamery is a family-owned and operated ice cream creamery located at 512 Main Street on Rapid City’s Main Street Square, established in 2014. The business handcrafts premium, small-batch ice cream with 14% butterfat made on-site daily, offering fresh and unique flavors alongside signature Mason Jar Sundaes, non-dairy sorbets, and frozen dog treats. Founded by Michelle Pulling after she attended the Frozen Dessert Institute in St. Louis, the Rapid City location is operated by her son Ian, and the business has expanded to include a second location in Fargo, North Dakota, while also wholesaling ice cream throughout South Dakota and Nebraska.
