Branding Iron Bistro, established in 2015, is a specialty confectioner and cafe located at 420 W. Sioux Ave in Pierre, South Dakota. The bistro serves breakfast and lunch daily, offering a full espresso bar, homemade bakery items, chocolates, and retail goods like olive oils and vinegars. Following a fire in 2017, the business reopened with expanded facilities and continues to be a popular gathering place for locals and visitors.
