Berrybrook Dairy Nook is a family-run artisanal ice cream shop near Marion, South Dakota, that specializes in small-batch homemade ice cream made from original recipes and clean-label ingredients. Born in 2018 when the farm showcased its homemade ice cream at South Dakota’s first Chislic Festival, the business expanded to include a licensed creamery built in 2022 and now sells pints in retail locations across Freeman and Sioux Falls. The operation uses organic and non-GMO ingredients sourced whenever possible from their own certified organic farm, Berrybrook Organics, making them one of only two ice cream makers in South Dakota to craft recipes from scratch.
