Breaking Burrito is a Mexican restaurant expanding from a successful food truck operation founded in 2016 to a brick-and-mortar location at 200 E Willow St in Harrisburg, SD, with plans to open in October 2025. The restaurant serves a full menu of burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, and additional Mexican dishes including alambre, picadillo, chicken mole, and tortas, along with weekend breakfast options. The new location will feature indoor seating for approximately 40 guests and an outdoor patio area.
