Ming’s Asian Street Food

Ming’s Asian Street Food is located at 1864 Broad Street in Cranston, RI, where it operates a casual restaurant serving Asian comfort food including Korean fried chicken sandwiches, dumplings, and other street food-inspired dishes alongside cocktails and local beers. The business began in 2018 as a mobile food trailer and catering service before expanding to include a commissary-based takeout operation, and has since established its brick-and-mortar location in the historic Edgewood area under the ownership of husband-and-wife team Josh Burgoyne and Korn Suom, who grew up in Cranston.
