Founded by Elena Mascherino, the business began in 2015 as a wholesale vegan cookie bakery before expanding to a full-service restaurant that opened in July 2017, and remains committed to sourcing ingredients locally while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
