Ground Provisions is an all plant-based restaurant and market located at 1388 Old Wilmington Pike in West Chester, Pennsylvania, created by Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby, the owners of acclaimed Philadelphia restaurant Vedge. The restaurant features a seasonally changing prix fixe tasting menu made with local and seasonal ingredients, complemented by a curated wine program and a retail market offering prepared foods and other provisions. Ground Provisions operates Wednesday through Saturday with both tasting menu and bar dining options, combining farm-to-table cuisine with elegant hospitality in Chester County wine country.
