Pietramala

Pietramala is an entirely vegan restaurant located at 614 N 2nd Street in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood, run by largely self-taught Chef Ian Graye who sources all produce from independent organic farms in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The restaurant earned a Michelin Green Star for sustainability and features an intimate 10-dish seasonal menu with Italian-inspired cuisine emphasizing fermentation, foraging, and innovative plant-based techniques. Chef Graye is a James Beard Award semifinalist, and the restaurant has gained recognition as a standout in Philadelphia’s dining scene for its creative, locally-sourced dishes and warm hospitality.
