Flatbelly Veg is a family-owned vegan restaurant located at 1020 Bethlehem Pike in Erdenheim, PA, founded by Josh Pope along with his wife Sheila and daughter Jordan. The business began as a food truck in April 2021 before relocating to the Flourtown Farmers Market and eventually opening its brick-and-mortar storefront. Flatbelly Veg serves a diverse menu of plant-based cuisine including sandwiches, soups, and smoothies made with fresh ingredients, and also offers a food truck for events.
