Orange & Blossom Patisserie

Orange & Blossom is a modern, farm-focused vegan patisserie located at 1612 NE Killingsworth St in Portland’s Vernon neighborhood, founded by pastry chef Marisa Kroes in 2019. The bakery specializes in seasonally inspired desserts and pastries made with organic, plant-based ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and craftsmen, with an ever-changing menu that reflects the seasons and the owner’s years of experience in high-end restaurants including positions at Facebook HQ and San Francisco’s acclaimed Slanted Door. Recognized by Eater Portland and other culinary publications as one of the city’s best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, Orange & Blossom opened its brick-and-mortar location in November 2023 after operating through pop-ups and farmers’ markets since its inception.
