Norah Belmont

Norah Belmont is a BIPOC women-owned, plant-focused Pan-Asian restaurant located at 3801 SE Belmont St in Southeast Portland, opened in December 2022 by Thai-born restaurateur Nan Chaison and Prae Nobnorb. The restaurant’s name derives from Manorah, a traditional dance from Southern Thailand celebrating community and togetherness, values that guide the restaurant’s mission to create a welcoming gathering space. Norah serves an all-vegan, gluten-free-friendly menu rooted in Thai cuisine with broader Pan-Asian influences, paired with carefully crafted cocktails and specialty beverages.
