Kulfi

Kulfi is a handcrafted ice cream shop in Portland, Oregon, founded by Gagan and Kiran, who began their business in 2019 with a bike cart before opening their first brick-and-mortar location on Alberta Street in 2022. The shop specializes in all-natural ice cream and kulfi—traditional frozen dairy desserts inspired by South Asian heritage—with rotating flavors including rose water, cardamom, mango, and saffron varieties, plus vegan options. Their current location is at 3540 N Williams Avenue in northeast Portland, with plans to expand to Beaverton in summer 2026.
