Zandos is a food truck located at 543 Blair Boulevard in Eugene’s Whitaker neighborhood that specializes in American comfort food with a unique Japanese twist, featuring handcrafted burgers, chicken and pork sandwiches, and signature thick-cut fries with house-made curry mayo. Owner Jeff created Zandos after years of culinary experience to bring his vision of quality food prepared with care to the Eugene food scene.
