Acorn Community Cafe

Acorn Community Cafe is a nonprofit vegan restaurant located at 769 Monroe Street in Eugene, Oregon, founded in 2021 by Miranda McKeever and Corey Prunier. The cafe operates on a “Pay it Forward” model, where customers can donate to meal vouchers that anyone can use for free meals, serving approximately 75 free meals weekly to people experiencing homelessness or living on fixed incomes. Beyond their mission to combat food insecurity, Acorn serves creative, locally-sourced vegan brunch and dinner fare with a welcoming community atmosphere and commitment to social justice.
