Sugar J’s Ice Cream Workshop Corvallis

Sugar J’s Ice Cream Workshop, located at 134 SW 1st Street in downtown Corvallis, offers homemade, small-batch ice cream and vegan ice cream made from scratch daily. Opened in July 2021 by owners Jason Biga and John Sobolewski, the shop fills a gap in the community by providing a neighborhood gathering place for families and ice cream enthusiasts of all ages. The workshop rotates seasonal flavors regularly, accommodates dietary restrictions including gluten-free and dairy-free options, and also operates a seasonal location in downtown Albany.
