Cherry & Bark is a small-batch ice cream company founded in 2021 by Kristi Burris, a former professional tap dancer from Chicago, located at 1732 South Boston Avenue in Tulsa’s SoBo district. The business creates artisanal ice cream using locally sourced ingredients from area farms and businesses, with a strong commitment to environmentally sustainable practices and zero artificial dyes. Beyond its retail location, Cherry & Bark serves as a vendor at the Tulsa Farmers’ Market, has collaborated with the Tulsa Botanic Garden, and was an inaugural vendor for Eat36 St N, contributing to food diversity and revitalization in underserved areas of Tulsa.
