Ganache Patisserie is a European-style café in northwest Oklahoma City, located in the Chisholm Creek development, founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife pastry chefs Laura Szyld and Matt Ruggi. They specialize in handcrafted pastries, cakes, chocolates, and café fare including breakfast, brunch, and dinner items—all made fresh daily from scratch with European-inspired recipes and a personal twist.
