MAZU opened in March 2023 at 229 Xenia Avenue in downtown Yellow Springs and serves a fully vegan menu inspired by Taiwanese, Israeli, and Indian cuisines created by owners Angie Hsu, Matan Mazursky, and Kumar Jensen.
