Can’t Believe It’s Vegan is a 100% vegan restaurant located at 584 W Schrock Road in Westerville, Ohio, that opened in July 2022. Founded by Chef Clayton and his wife Kim, the restaurant was created after friends and family couldn’t believe Clayton’s plant-based meals were vegan, and it remains the only vegan restaurant in the northeast section of central Ohio. The restaurant offers a diverse menu of plant-based dishes, including burgers, sandwiches, bowls, and desserts, with a focus on flavor and seasonings that appeal to both vegans and omnivores alike.
