Philomena Bake Shop is a gluten-free, vegan bakery located at 5324 Fleet Avenue in Cleveland’s Slavic Village neighborhood, owned and operated by Caitlin Shea, an experienced baker with over fifteen years of professional baking experience. The shop was founded after Shea was diagnosed with multiple food allergies and decided to pivot her bakery business to exclusively create allergen-friendly vegan and gluten-free baked goods, including custom orders and specialty items like cassata cake. Philomena operates as a retail storefront open Thursday through Saturday while also supplying products to numerous local coffee shops and independent retailers throughout the Cleveland area.
